Jyotishi Hemraj Chaturvedi

Jyotishi Hemraj Chaturvedi was born into a family of pandits in the old city lanes of Jaipur, where his grandfather read palms beneath the shade of a neem tree for anyone who cared to sit. He began seriously studying palmistry under a senior teacher at the Jyotish Vidyapeeth in Varanasi, spending nearly a decade immersed in the Hasta Samudrika Shastra before layering on Jaimini astrology through the tutelage of a retired railway officer in Ajmer who happened to hold a deep lineage in the Andhra Jaimini tradition.

Hemraj reads the palm first, always. He treats the lines, mounts, and skin texture as a living document that confirms or challenges what the birth chart suggests. He follows Jaimini's Chara Karakas and Pada Lagna for precise life-event timing, and occasionally draws on Nadi principles when a case calls for ancestral pattern recognition. He refuses to assign a fixed fate to anyone's hand: in his view, lines shift and deepen over years, which is evidence enough that destiny is participatory, not stamped at birth.

His clients are typically people standing at a crossroads, career pivots, delayed marriages, chronic financial uncertainty, estranged family relationships. They come in confused and usually leave with a sequence: what the hand says is the root tendency, what the chart confirms is the timing window, and what they do in between is entirely their own business. That clarity, he says, is the only honest thing an astrologer can offer.
