Snehal Borkar

Snehal Borkar grew up in a household in Navi Mumbai where her maternal grandfather, a retired schoolteacher from Konkan, kept a worn copy of Brihat Parasara Hora Shastra on the same shelf as his Marathi novels. She began formally studying Parashari and Jaimini astrology at nineteen under a Pune-based guru, spending three years working through Jaimini Sutras alongside classical texts before she ever sat with a paying client. That foundation, rigorous, lineage-rooted, and deeply Maharashtrian, is what still anchors every chart she reads.

Snehal reads birth charts as living documents, not forecasts carved in stone. She reaches first for the Atmakaraka and Amatyakaraka in Jaimini tradition to understand a person's soul-level purpose before she ever touches dashas or transits. She believes astrology's job is to hand you a map, not drive the car for you, so she focuses on illuminating patterns, not pronouncing verdicts.
