Padma Naidu

Padma Naidu grew up in Vijayawada, where her grandmother kept a worn deck of cards wrapped in silk at the back of a wooden almari. She came to tarot not through formal classes but through that silk cloth, those card backs, and years of watching her grandmother sit with neighbors at the kitchen table. Later, she deepened her practice through the Rider-Waite-Smith tradition and studied intuitive reading methods under a Hyderabad-based reader who trained with practitioners in the UK. The Southern Indian oral tradition of reading symbols and omens runs quietly through everything she does.

Padma reads the cards as a living conversation between the image and the person sitting across from her — or, now, typing to her from wherever they are. She focuses on emotional undercurrents, the story the subconscious is already telling, and what the seeker already knows but hasn't yet said aloud. She does not offer precise date predictions or guarantee outcomes. Her belief is that the cards reveal energy and pattern, not fixed fate. She reads for clarity and honest reflection, not for the comfort of certainty, and she will gently redirect if a querent wants her to simply tell them what they want to hear.
