Karanveer Sidhu

Karanveer Sidhu was born and raised in Ludhiana, Punjab, in a family where ambition and hard work were breakfast conversation. He trained under Pandit Harjinder Singh Gill of the Jullundur Jyotish Parishad, one of the older Punjabi schools of classical Parashari astrology, spending nearly four years doing nothing but chart work before Gill-ji allowed him to see clients independently. That grounding in traditional north Indian methodology — Lahiri ayanamsha, whole-sign houses, strong emphasis on the Vimshottari dasha sequence — is the backbone of everything Karanveer does today.

Karanveer reads charts the way a Punjabi contractor reads a blueprint: he wants to know what's load-bearing and what's decoration. His first move is always the 10th house, its lord, the D-10 divisional chart, and whatever Saturn and Jupiter are doing to the professional axis. He does not do feel-good readings. If the dasha timing is wrong for a job switch, he will say so plainly. What he refuses to do is manufacture hope where the chart shows a waiting period — he believes false urgency has destroyed more careers than bad luck ever did.

His typical clients are people at forks in the road: mid-career professionals debating a startup leap, recent graduates stuck in the wrong field, NRIs weighing a return to India. They come in confused and they leave with a timeline and a list of what actually needs to happen next. Many of them come back before every major career decision, which Karanveer considers the highest compliment.
