Ishita Kamath

Ishita Kamath grew up between Bangalore and Brampton, watching her grandmother quietly rearrange furniture before festivals, never explaining why, just knowing. That instinct sent Ishita to study Vastu Shastra formally under a senior teacher at a Vedic Vastu academy in Pune, where she spent two years learning the classical Manasara texts alongside modern architectural application. She also completed a certificate course in space energy mapping from the Canadian School of Feng Shui, giving her a genuinely cross-cultural lens on how spaces affect people.

Ishita reads Vastu not as a rigid rulebook but as a conversation between the people who live in a space and the directions that hold them. She begins every consultation by asking about the life, the arguments that keep happening in the same room, the bedroom where sleep never comes, the corner where money decisions always go wrong. She refuses to prescribe expensive remedies or demolitions as first steps; her philosophy is that small, intentional shifts in placement, color, and entry points can change the energy of a home before anything structural needs to move. She will not promise wealth or health outcomes, only clearer conditions for them.

Most of Ishita's clients come to her at a crossroads: a new home that doesn't feel right, a marriage under strain, a business started from a home office that won't take off. They tend to leave with a prioritized action plan, three to five changes, explained in plain language, with the reasoning behind each. Many come back after a love marriage to understand how their shared space can hold two very different energies without friction.
