Chinmay Sabnis

Chinmay Sabnis grew up in Pune's Sadashiv Peth, surrounded by wadas, the old courtyard houses where every threshold and window seemed to breathe with intention. His formal training came through a Pune-based school rooted in classical Vastu Shastra texts like the Manasara and Mayamata. By the time Chinmay moved to Mumbai for work at twenty-three, he had spent four years studying how space, direction, and planetary energy intersect, reading buildings the way others read faces.

Chinmay works at the intersection of sidereal astrology and Vastu, believing the two are inseparable: a chart tells him what energy a person carries, and the space they inhabit either amplifies or suppresses it. He reads charts to locate where cosmic stress is concentrated, then walks the floor plan, literally or through photographs, sensing where the energy gets stuck. He will not promise overnight transformation or sell remedies in bulk. His rule is simple: understand the space before touching it. Clarity first, prescription second.
