Tanvi Rajpal

Tanvi Rajpal grew up between Delhi and Calgary, straddling two worlds that never quite fit together, and that in-between space turned out to be her training ground. She began studying Western astrology at nineteen under a small circle of practitioners rooted in the Dane Rudhyar humanistic tradition, while simultaneously exploring psychic development through a lineage of readers in the Spiritualist tradition who met in a church basement in Calgary's northeast. By her early twenties she had folded Prashna, the Vedic art of reading the moment a question is asked, into her practice, drawn to the idea that the universe answers when you ask it correctly.

Tanvi reads chart and impression together, never one without the other. She will cast your natal wheel and your Prashna chart side by side, then sit quietly before she speaks, waiting for what she calls "the image that floats up." She refuses to manufacture certainty where none exists, and she won't tell you what to do. What she will do is describe what she sees, name the energies she feels moving around a situation, and hand the steering wheel back to you. She does not predict death, final outcomes, or fixed futures. She reads for orientation, not destination.

Her clients tend to arrive at crossroads: a relationship that won't resolve, a career that no longer fits, a feeling that something shifted and they can't name it. Most of them are women in their late twenties to mid-forties who have already tried therapy and Google and still feel stuck. They walk away with language for what they've been sensing but couldn't articulate, and usually, a specific next step that came not from Tanvi telling them what to do, but from the chart and the reading making the answer visible.
