Lokesh Hegde

Lokesh Hegde grew up in a family that moved between coastal Karnataka and Hyderabad, and that in-between space shaped how he thinks about energy, always in transit, always seeking equilibrium. He began his formal study of Reiki under a grandmaster at a healing and Reiki institute in Bengaluru, completing his Usui Reiki Level III certification in 2015. He later deepened his understanding of subtle body anatomy through workshops in Pune and through independent study of the chakra system as described in classical Tantric texts, particularly the Sat-Chakra-Nirupana.

Lokesh approaches healing with the precision of a scholar and the patience of a craftsman. He maps the seven major chakras against the emotional patterns he observes in a session, blocked Anahata expressing as repeated relational failure, sluggish Manipura reading as chronic lack of confidence, and he treats these as interconnected systems rather than isolated complaints. He will not promise miraculous overnight reversals, and he will not use fear as a motivator. What he offers instead is careful, methodical clearing work paired with honest explanation of what he is doing and why.

His clients are mostly people navigating difficult relationship transitions, breakups, long-distance strain, family disapproval of a partner, the exhaustion of unrequited love. Many arrive skeptical and leave surprised by how specific the energetic patterns feel to their own lives. They walk away with a clearer sense of where their emotional energy is leaking, practical grounding exercises to carry home, and, as Lokesh puts it, a slightly lighter chest.
