Lakshmi Sharma grew up in Hyderabad in a household where her grandmother kept a worn copy of Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra on the kitchen shelf, right next to the masala dabba. She formally studied Jyotish under a senior teacher at the Hyderabad Jyotish Kendra while simultaneously completing her degree in psychology, a combination that shaped everything about how she reads a chart. She later deepened her numerology practice through the Chaldean and Pythagorean traditions, cross-referencing them obsessively with Vedic birth charts until patterns started feeling almost obvious to her.

Lakshmi reads charts the way she'd read a text conversation, looking for what's said, what's not said, and what someone actually means.
