Kaushik Sarkar

Kaushik Sarkar grew up in Siliguri, at the foot of the Himalayas, where his grandfather kept a small cabinet of tourmalines and smoky quartz collected from traders crossing into Darjeeling. That early fascination sent him to the Himalayan Institute of Gemstone Therapy in Dehradun at twenty-four, and later to a mentorship under Kolkata-based crystal healer Biswanath Ghosh, who trained in the Satyananda lineage. Sixteen years of practice have made Kaushik one of the more sought-after crystal healers in the Bengal-Sikkim corridor.

Kaushik works slowly and without drama. He maps a person's health complaints and emotional patterns to specific stones, rose quartz for heart-centre grief, black tourmaline for nervous exhaustion, labradorite for the fog that follows major life transitions, and builds a placement or carry protocol that fits real, modern life. He does not promise miracle cures, does not claim to replace medicine, and won't upsell you a trolley full of crystals. His philosophy is simple: the stone is a reminder, not a magic wand, and the healing is always yours.

Most of Kaushik's clients come to him carrying one of three things: chronic low energy they are still trying to describe, anxiety they are already getting help for, or the sense that something is 'off' since a major loss or move. After a session they usually leave with two or three specific stones, a simple daily ritual, and, maybe more importantly, the feeling that someone actually listened without rushing them out the door.
