Subhash Banerjee

Subhash Banerjee was born and raised in North Kolkata, in a household where astrology was practiced across generations. His grandfather, a Jyotish pandit associated with the Dakshineswar temple circuit, first placed an ephemeris in his hands at age twelve. Subhash later trained formally under Pt. Bireshwar Chakraborty of the Benaras school of Parashari Jyotish, spending nearly four years in Varanasi studying Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra alongside classical palmistry texts rooted in the Hast Samudrika tradition.

Subhash approaches every chart as a living document rather than a script. He reads primarily through the Parashari framework — planetary lordships, divisional charts especially the Navamsha and Dashamsha, and the precise interplay of Dasha cycles — while using palmistry to cross-verify key life themes.
