A single percentage tells you nothing. That's why this calculator uses three independent systems. Your Name Energy score comes from Expression Numbers derived from the Pythagorean letter-number chart (A=1, B=2, through Z=8, since 9 is sacred and reserved). Your Birthday Number score compares the day you were each born. And your Life Path score compares the reduced sum of your full birth dates. Each layer measures something different: how you communicate, how you show up daily, and where your lives are headed.
Expression Numbers in Relationships
Your Expression Number (also called Destiny Number) is calculated from every letter in your full birth name. It reveals your natural abilities and how you express yourself. In relationships, it shows your default communication style. An Expression 1 leads conversations. An Expression 2 listens and mediates. An Expression 8 talks about plans and goals. When two Expression Numbers meet, they either amplify each other (same number), balance each other (complementary), or create friction (conflicting). None of these outcomes is naturally bad.
