Ranjan Mishra

Ranjan Mishra was born and raised in Ranchi, Jharkhand, in a household where the Panchang was consulted before any major decision. He formally studied Jyotish under a senior teacher at the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan centre in Patna, spending four rigorous years grounding himself in the Parashari tradition before returning home to practice. That training, disciplined, classical, no shortcuts, is the backbone of everything he does today.

Ranjan reads strictly from the Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra framework. He prioritizes the Navamsa and Saptamsa charts alongside the Rashi, and he moves through a chart methodically: ascendant first, lord second, Moon always. He does not soften readings to make them comfortable, and he will not speculate beyond what the chart actually shows. If something is unclear, he says so. He reads for clarity, not reassurance, and he believes vague feel-good answers do more damage than a hard truth said plainly.
