Kavita Sinha

Kavita Sinha grew up in Jamshedpur, where her maternal grandmother kept a small puja corner that smelled of camphor and old marigolds. It was there, watching her nani lay hands on ailing neighbors and murmur prayers over their foreheads, that Kavita first understood energy as something tangible. She trained formally under a Reiki Grand Master in Pune, receiving her Level I, II, and Master attunements over three years, and later deepened her understanding of chakra mapping through workshops at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre in Trivandrum. Her roots are Bihari but her practice is pan-Indian, shaped by every city she has lived and healed in.

Kavita reads a person the way a good doctor reads a room, quietly, attentively, without rushing to a verdict. She works primarily with the subtle body: scanning chakra blockages, identifying where emotional residue has settled in the energy field, and using both Usui and Karuna Reiki sequences to begin releasing it. She pairs energy work with astrological timing, studying a person's natal chart to understand which life area is asking for healing right now.
