Ashok Rane

Ashok Rane was born and raised in Nashik, Maharashtra, where he first encountered astrology through his maternal grandfather, a practicing jyotishi who kept dog-eared copies of Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra stacked beside his prayer room. Ashok formally studied at the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan astrology program in Pune during the early 2000s, deepening his roots in classical Parashari Jyotish, and later trained for three years under a senior face-reading (Samudrik Shastra) practitioner in Nashik's old city lanes. That rare combination of chart analysis and physiognomic reading has defined his practice ever since.

Ashok reads charts the way a careful elder reads a letter, slowly, looking between the lines. He focuses on the seventh and eighth houses, Venus, Moon, and the navamsha chart above almost anything else when a relationship question arrives on his table. His face-reading practice adds an extra layer: he believes that the lines of the forehead and the shape of the eyes reveal emotional patterns that no birth time alone can fully capture. He refuses to use astrology as a weapon, he will not tell a client that their partner is irredeemably wrong for them, and he will not catastrophize a bad synastry.
