Vandana Raturi learned Prashna Shastra the old way, sitting across from her maternal uncle, a retired railway officer who had quietly practiced Prashna Shastra in Dehradun for four decades. She spent her early twenties at his elbow, watching him answer strangers' questions from a single moment in time, no birth chart needed. Later she studied crystal healing under a practitioner in Rishikesh, adding a tactile, mineral dimension to her work that most classical astrologers ignore.
