Sayali Gokhale

Sayali Gokhale grew up in Pune in a Maharashtrian household where her maternal grandmother kept a worn copy of the Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra next to the kitchen deity. Formal training came later, at a private institute in Mumbai's Dadar neighbourhood under astrologer Prakash Deshpande, who drilled her in Jaimini and Parashari principles side by side.
