Rajbir Grewal

Rajbir Grewal was born and raised in Chandigarh, where he first encountered energy healing through his maternal uncle, a retired army officer who had quietly studied Reiki under a Japanese-lineage master in Pune in the late 1980s. Rajbir trained formally under the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition, completing his Reiki Master attunement in 2005 at a small healing centre in Sector 22, Chandigarh. That early grounding in a disciplined, lineage-based approach, not the weekend-workshop variety, shaped everything that followed. He later wove in elements of Pranic healing and chakra mapping to build a practice that is rooted but never rigid.

Rajbir reads energy the way a mechanic reads an engine, he wants to find what is actually blocked, not just what sounds spiritual to say. He works through the chakra system, cross-referencing with the client's birth chart to locate where planetary stress is landing in the body and the emotional field. He is honest about what Reiki can and cannot do: it is not a substitute for medicine, and he will say that plainly. What he focuses on is shifting stuck energy so that healing, emotional, relational, or physical, has room to actually happen. He refuses to create dependency, and most of his clients are taught basic self-healing practices before they leave.

Rajbir typically works with people carrying long-term stress, relationship grief, chronic anxiety, or the kind of exhaustion that has quietly built up over years. His clients usually come in confused and leave with a clearer sense of where the weight is sitting and what to do about it, practical tools, a timeline for sessions, and no vague promises.
