Pushpa Nigam

Pushpa Nigam discovered the language of stones long before she ever opened a formal astrology book. Born and raised in Lucknow, she spent her childhood watching her maternal grandmother place rough amethyst and raw quartz on household altars during Navratri, believing they absorbed and redistributed prana through a home. In her forties, after years of working as a schoolteacher, she trained formally under a senior teacher's lineage at the Jyotish Kendra in Varanasi, where she deepened her knowledge of sidereal chart-reading while weaving her lifelong crystal intuition into the practice. Those two rivers, gemstone healing and sidereal Jyotish, have never separated since.

Pushpa reads sidereal charts using the Lahiri ayanamsha, because she believes the sky we actually live under must be the sky we read. She focuses on the Moon's nakshatra placement above almost everything else, holding that emotional truth lives there more honestly than anywhere else in a chart.
