Preethi Alva grew up in Mangalore in a family that kept rose quartz on the kitchen windowsill and turmeric-yellow citrine near the cash box, not as decor, but as quiet daily practice. Her formal training came through a crystal-healing academy, where she certified in 2014, followed by intensive mentorship under a Bangalore-based energy healer who blended Vedic principles with mineral resonance work.
