Meenakshi Thakur

Meenakshi Thakur came to Feng Shui not through a classroom but through a crisis. After relocating from Jaipur to Sydney in her late forties, she found her home felt wrong in ways she could not name, restless sleep, stagnant energy, a low hum of unease. A Taiwanese master, Lin Wei-Chen, whom she met through a Sydney wellness circle, recognized what she was describing immediately and took her under his tutelage for three years. She trained in classical Form School and Compass School methods, layering those over her existing grounding in Indian Vastu principles she had absorbed growing up in a family that never moved into a house without consulting the directions.

Meenakshi reads spaces the way some people read faces, she walks in and already feels what is blocked, what is bleeding energy, what is fighting itself. She works with the Bagua map as a living document rather than a decorative grid, cross-referencing it with a client's personal Kua number and birth element before touching a single piece of furniture. She does not promise wealth or love from a rearranged shelf. What she does promise is clarity: that after a consultation you will feel the difference between a space that holds you and one that drains you. She refuses to work on properties that clients intend to harm or spy on others with.

Most of the people who come to Meenakshi are navigating health struggles, chronic fatigue, or a persistent sense that life has stalled despite real effort. She helps them see how their physical environment may be echoing or amplifying those patterns. After a session, clients typically walk away with three to five actionable changes, nothing expensive, often nothing more than a shifted mirror or a cleared corner, and a new language for what their home has been trying to tell them.
