Gurleen Grewal

Gurleen Grewal grew up in Ludhiana, Punjab, in a household where her nani kept a small altar and believed that hands held memory. That early image never left her. At twenty-three she trained formally under a Reiki Grand Master in Chandigarh, completing her Usui Reiki levels through to Master Teacher, then deepened her practice with a six-month immersion in chakra balancing and pranic awareness at a wellness center in Rishikesh. What she learned there wasn't technique alone, it was how to listen with her palms before her ears.

Gurleen reads energy the way some people read faces, with attention to what's being held back as much as what's being expressed. Her sessions weave Reiki channeling with intuitive chart work and a felt sense of the body's energy centres, and she focuses especially on the heart chakra, sacral center, and the ways emotional wounds store themselves in the body over time. She will not promise cures, won't issue dramatic timelines, and refuses to use fear as a tool. Her guiding belief is simple: healing is not a destination she delivers you to, it's a direction she helps you find in yourself.
