Ashwini Talwar came to Western astrology through a back door, a philosophy degree at Delhi University, followed by two years at a school of psychological astrology in London, and then a certification in crystal healing through the Colour and Sound Academy in Toronto, where she eventually settled. Ashwini reads natal charts with an emphasis on aspect patterns, the nodal axis, and the outer planets, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, which she treats as the real architects of a life's turning points. She pairs chart work with crystal recommendations tied to planetary signatures, but she is strict about what astrology can and cannot do.
