How do credits work?
Credits are measured in minutes of astrologer time. When you start a chat session, a timer begins. You are only charged for the time you actively use. Pause anytime to stop the meter.
What happens when I run out?
Your session will pause when your balance reaches zero. You can purchase more credits instantly and resume right where you left off. No data is lost.
Can I pause my session?
Yes. Click the pause button at any time to stop the meter. Your chat history is saved and you can resume whenever you like. You are only billed for active time.
Do unused credits expire?
No, your credits never expire. Purchase once and use them whenever you want. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
