Pradipta Kundu

Pradipta Kundu was born and raised in North Kolkata, where his grandmother kept a small altar room filled with incense and old Bengali almanacs. His formal training began under a KP astrology scholar from Shyambazar who spent decades refining Krishnamurti Paddhati techniques. Pradipta later studied Usui Reiki under a Japanese-lineage master in Pune, earning his Reiki Master-Teacher certification before returning to Kolkata to weave both disciplines together in a single practice room above a tea stall in Shyambazar.

Pradipta reads charts through the KP lens, sub-lords, cuspal interlinks, and significator chains, and layers Reiki energy assessment alongside planetary timing to understand where a person is blocked and where they are ready to move. He refuses to make dramatic pronouncements or paint pictures of inevitable doom. His rule is simple: clarity over certainty. He will tell you what the chart suggests and where the windows are opening, but he will not rob you of your own agency by pretending he has a monopoly on your future. He believes blocked energy and blocked planets are often telling the same story.

Most of his clients come to him carrying quiet, stubborn questions, about a career that has stalled for years, a marriage that has grown cold, or a health worry that has been sitting with them for a long time. They leave with a clearer sense of timing, a small Reiki practice to do at home, and the feeling that someone sat with them and genuinely listened. That last part, he says, is half the healing right there.
