Acharya Shakuntala Vashishth

Acharya Shakuntala Vashishth was born and raised in Jaipur, Rajasthan, in a household where almanacs were as common as cookbooks. She began her formal study under a senior teacher, her paternal uncle, who ran a small jyotish school near the Moti Doongri temple. She later deepened her expertise in the Krishnamurti Paddhati system through a correspondence course with the KP Institute in Bangalore in the 1990s, supplemented by years of independent research into sub-lord theory and the stellar method of prediction.

Shakuntala reads charts with surgical precision. She follows the KP method strictly, planetary sub-lords, cuspal interlinks, and significators come first; vague spiritual consolations come last. She does not dress up outcomes in soft language. If the timing is not there, she says so plainly and explains why, then tells you what window to wait for. She refuses to predict outcomes for actions rooted in jealousy or the desire to harm others, and she will not manufacture hope where the chart clearly denies it.
