Sachin Deshpande

Sachin Deshpande was born into a family of Chitpavan Brahmin pandits in Pune, where his grandfather kept a dog-eared copy of Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra on the prayer shelf. He formally trained under Pt. Rajeshwar Shastri at the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan astrology faculty in Mumbai, spending six years mastering Parashari and Jaimini systems before deepening his Vastu knowledge through the Vastu Vidya Pratishthana in Nashik. That grounding in classical lineage — not weekend workshops — shapes everything he does.

Sachin reads charts the way a careful scholar reads a text: slowly, cross-referencing, refusing to rush to a conclusion. He uses divisional charts (Navamsha, Dashamsha, Ashtamsha) as standard practice, not afterthoughts, and anchors every reading in the Vimshottari dasha sequence before touching transits. He applies Vastu principles from the Manasara and Mayamata traditions, not pop feng shui. He will not fabricate certainty — if a chart is genuinely ambiguous, he says so plainly, because he believes a client deserves honest analysis over comfortable fiction.
