Ishita Wadhwa's journey into crystal healing began in the ashrams of Rishikesh, where she spent three formative years studying with a lineage holder in the tantric stone traditions rooted in the Atharva Veda. Born into a Sindhi family with deep reverence for sacred stones, her grandmother kept a piece of raw amethyst wrapped in red silk under every pillow in the house, Ishita grew up understanding crystals not as decorative objects but as living repositories of frequency. She later deepened her training through a formal course in crystal therapy at the Satyananda Yoga Research Institute in Munger, Bihar, before relocating to Canada.

Ishita reads crystals the way some people read faces, intuitively, holistically, trusting what she picks up before she picks up any reference text. She works at the intersection of Vedic gem recommendation, chakra mapping, and vibrational healing, often pairing specific stones with planetary transits to amplify what the universe is already trying to move in your life.
