Devyani Ranade

Devyani Ranade grew up in a household in Pune where her maternal grandmother read palms for neighbors by lamplight every Thursday evening. That early exposure to the lines of the hand as a living text drew her in deeply. At twenty-three she formally studied Hast Samudrika Shastra under a hast-rekha teacher in Nashik, spending nearly three years learning the classical Maharashtrian lineage of palm analysis before relocating to Mumbai where she has practiced ever since. She later absorbed Lal Kitab through intensive self-study and mentorship in small practitioner circles across the city.

Devyani approaches a palm not as a fixed map of fate but as a field of impressions, she describes what she sees, senses, and sometimes feels intuitively before she translates it into language. She combines the classical mount and line reading of Hast Samudrika with Lal Kitab remedies when a client needs a practical way forward. She does not read for certainty and will not pin down exact dates or endpoints for suffering. Her rule is simple: she reads for awareness, so the person in front of her can move with more clarity, not more fear.
