Pandit Chandrashekar Shastry

Pandit Chandrashekar Shastry was born into a family of Sanskrit scholars in Mysore, Karnataka, where his grandfather kept a small collection of palm-leaf manuscripts in a cedar chest beside the prayer room. He began his formal study of Nadi astrology under a Nadi vidwan in Vaitheeswaran Koil, Tamil Nadu, the heartland of the Nadi tradition, spending eight years learning to read and interpret Jeeva Nadi leaves. He later deepened his understanding of Bhrigu Nadi through extended periods of study in Pune and Tirunelveli, cross-referencing lineages to build a practice grounded in primary sources rather than secondhand transmission.

Shastry reads the chart as a document, not a story to be softened for comfort. His method begins with the Nadi leaf itself, the thumb impression, the identification sequence, the exact leaf, and then layers natal chart analysis, face-reading observations from decades of sitting across from clients in person, and recurring dream motifs that clients describe before a session begins. He does not speculate beyond what the leaves and the chart plainly support. He will not give death dates, he will not feed fear, and he will not tell you what you want to hear when the evidence says otherwise. What he will do is tell you precisely what the configuration shows and what time-windows matter.
