Dr. Bhavna Trivedi

Dr. Bhavna Trivedi was born and raised in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, where she was first introduced to Jyotish through her maternal grandfather, a practicing astrologer who kept a modest office near the Sabarmati riverfront. She pursued her formal training through the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's Jyotish program in the late 1980s and early 1990s, deepening her study within an established lineage of Parashari interpretation. She later earned her doctorate in Sanskrit from Gujarat University, which gave her access to primary source texts most practitioners only know secondhand.

Dr. Trivedi reads birth charts with a focus on the Lagna, Moon, and Atmakaraka, the three pillars she calls the 'soul signature' of any chart. She works within the Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra framework but refuses to reduce a person to their Sun sign or to traffic in fear.
