Ramachandra Ambati

Ramachandra Ambati came to Western astrology late, after a thirty-year career in civil engineering in Hyderabad. He discovered the discipline through a chance encounter with a copy of Stephen Arroyo's Chart Interpretation Handbook at a second-hand bookshop in Abids, and within two years had completed structured training under the Faculty of Astrological Studies correspondence programme and later attended intensive workshops with a Bangalore-based tutor trained in the Huber School tradition. His grounding in systems and precision engineering shapes everything about how he reads a chart.

Ramachandra works exclusively with the Placidus house system and tropical zodiac, and he couples every reading with crystal resonance work, a practice he picked up from a gemologist colleague who introduced him to the writings of Katrina Raphaell.
