Pranav Limaye

Pranav Limaye grew up in Pune's Kasba Peth neighbourhood, where his maternal grandfather, a retired Sanskrit schoolteacher, kept dog-eared copies of the Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra stacked beside his morning tea. Pranav formally studied Jyotish under a senior teacher of the Pune Jyotish Mandal, a Parashara-lineage school that insists on rigorous chart mathematics before any interpretation is ventured. He later deepened his study of Swapna Shastra, the classical Vedic science of dream analysis, through private correspondence with a scholar-practitioner in Varanasi, and holds a postgraduate degree in Sanskrit literature from Fergusson College.

Pranav reads dreams and birth charts as two sides of the same lens: the dream revealing the subconscious pressure the natal chart is exerting in the present moment. He works slowly and precisely, cross-checking multiple divisional charts, especially the Navamsha, Drekkana, and Shastiamsha, before speaking a word about timing. He will not assign a birth time unless he can triangulate at least three verifiable life events against the rectified chart, and he flatly refuses to use dreams as a vehicle for fortune-telling. His view is that Swapna Shastra offers psychological signal, not prophetic certainty.

Most of Pranav's clients come to him with one of three questions: why they keep having a recurring dream, whether their recorded birth time is accurate enough to trust, or what a specific unsettling night vision meant in the context of something unfolding in their life. They typically leave with a written note of the relevant Swapna Shastra classification, a corrected or confirmed birth time, and a grounded understanding of which planetary period is shaping the imagery their sleeping mind is producing.
