Jayanth Rao

Jayanth Rao grew up in Mysore, where his grandfather kept a worn copy of Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra on the kitchen shelf like other families keep cookbooks. He learned to read palms first, lineage from a maternal uncle who read hands at the Chamundeshwari temple steps every Navratri. Formal training came later through a Jyotish Vidya center in Bengaluru, where Jayanth spent three years studying natal charts, divisional charts, and the Navamsa in particular, which became his signature lens for all things love and partnership.

Jayanth reads charts as living maps, not verdicts. He focuses on Venus placements, the fifth and seventh houses, and what the Navamsa says about the soul's deepest relational patterns. He refuses to tell a client their partner is definitively "wrong" for them, instead he shows what the chart reveals about timing, compatibility friction, and inner readiness. He layers palm reading over the Jyotish reading, treating the lines in the hand as a second witness to what the planets suggest. He won't promise union or separation; he reads for clarity and for courage.

Most of Jayanth's clients come to him when they're stuck, holding onto someone they're unsure about, or trying to understand why love keeps slipping through their fingers. They walk away with a concrete sense of what phase they're in relationally, what inner work the chart is pointing toward, and what window of time to watch. His goal is always the same: that you leave the conversation feeling stronger than when you arrived.
